David KALBEITZER

David is a creative, imaginative, and driven Producer and Executive with 27+ years of cutting-edge, studio-based experience in the entertainment industry. He has worked on multiple award-winning feature films for DreamWorks Animation (Prince of Egypt, The Road to El Dorado, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Sinbad, Turbo, Mr. Peabody and Sherman, Trollhunters) Sony Pictures (Surf’s Up, The Amazing Spider-Man, Hotel Transylvania, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs), and Walt Disney Pictures (G-Force), and was the Sr. Media Producer for the multi-award winning Avatar Flight of Passage for Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle of the Sunken Treasure for Shanghai Disneyland . Most recently, he served as the Vice President of the Global Digital and Media Production Studio at Walt Disney Imagineering overseeing multiple experiences for Walt Disney Parks, Resorts, and Cruise ships worldwide.
A film and psychology graduate of Boston University and a member of the PGA and ASIFA, David’s passion for storytelling pushes him to continuously explore new opportunities in this ever-changing landscape.

Pilar Flynn

Pilar is a Producer, an Emmy® Award-winner and Peabody Award-nominee for her work as a co-showrunner of Disney's "Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur," based on Marvel's hit comic books. Pilar was named an official "Woman of Marvel" by Marvel Entertainment as well as one of "The 50 Most Powerful People in Kids' Entertainment" by the Hollywood Reporter. Pilar is also a twice Emmy® Award-nominated producer for her work on Disney's Elena of Avalor, which follows Disney's first princess inspired by diverse Latin cultures and folklore. She began her animation career at DreamWorks Animation Features, where she co-produced the award-winning short First Flight and worked on the production of films such as The Road to El Dorado, Sinbad, Spirit, Madagascar and Flushed Away. Pilar served as line producer of the animated feature films Mean Margaret and Astroboy. She was also co-producer on the groundbreaking R-rated animated feature Sausage Party, a co-production between Sony Pictures Animation and Annapurna Pictures, starring Seth Rogen.
Pilar currently serves on the board of directors for the Latino Film Institute, a nonprofit organization founded by actor Edward James Olmos. She is a native of Chile and Ecuador and spent much of her childhood in countries throughout South America and Europe.
